I purchase my batteries from JJ's batteries in Salina I think its called Allpak now. Nautalius made by exide. The starting battery is a 24 class and cost me like 65 and its on its second year.

+1 on the Exide batteries. Been buying them for many years and have had great luck with them. Maintenance is the key.

thanks for all the replies, bought a battery and took the boat to the ramp and all is well can't wait to get out there!! I'll be in touch slabby joe we need to get after them again soon!!
