    what are the rules on craw fish? Is it legal to just go buy some crawfish traps and set out at eldorado? I was reading a indaina post and someone caught a bunch a fryed them up and it looked kinda tasty

    baby lobsters? when i was a kid we seined minners and craws for a bait shop he never wanted the the big ones talked mom into cookin them up they was great fried sorry don't know bout trappin prolly in the fish and game reg book

    A year or two ago there was a story in the Wichita Eagle outdoors page about crawfish trapping/fishing/hunting(whatever you call it) at the Cheyenne Bottoms. If I remember correctly they was a ton a crawfish there. Did a quick search and couldn't find the article.

    You probably should call the DNR just to be safe. We had a seine and and the kids "drove" the crawfish to the seine. If you do it this way be sure to kick and lift ALL rocks. The big ones love to hide under there. The boil turned out great! Will do it again! Good Luck!
