    Default Great Plains Mapping Please Help


    Looking for help contacting the guy with great plains mapping. Ordered off his website two weeks ago, have tried to contact him by email and phone with no response. Order still hasn't arrived but payment went through. Anyone know him?

    I ordered some maps from him pretty recently, Great maps! Was a little hard to get ahold of him when i had a problem with the chip, but once i did it was taken care of quickly. I think he gets rather busy and doesnt check his emails daily (he was fishing when i was tring to reach him). Nice guy, i'm sure he will get back with ya... If not.. hope he ok!!! he is a member on here (mapman76) but it shows his last activity 6-11-12.

    This doesn't sound like Jack... I will find out tomorrow what is going on. Hope he is doing ok..

    Posts like this are meaningless and create needless problems. You apparently cant recall whether or not your issue was resolved but yet you make a post accusing the man of being a bad business man? That is a rather broad (and bold) statement to make about someone you dont know and apparently cant even remember if your "problem" was resolved! It is empty statements like these with absolutely no substance or substantial facts to back them up that that hurt a lot of businesses.
    Could it be that maybe this man is not a bad business man but rather the customer did not do their due diligence and follow through when a problem occurred? All businesses will have a problem or two, we cant say that just because a problem occurred that they are a terrible business.

    Please post the exact "problem" and what was done to rectify the issue before you make blanket statements about someone's abilities as a business man.

    For the record, I do not know this man nor have I ever done business with him. I am simply a guy that thinks everyone deserves a fair shake and empty statements like these are often blindly accepted by those that do not think for themselves which can create problems for the business in question.

    well glad to see jacks ok.... he'll get ya taken care of!!! Been using his maps and really like them. Kinda excited about the update for fall river

    Thanks for all the help guys. Talked to Jack tonight. Great guy. Found a problem on the website where the paypal orders were going to a different address. He addressed the problem while I was on the phone with him and took my order. Paypal even refunded my money. Can't speak high enough about the guy though. Thanks Jack I will be eagerly watching my mail!!
