    Default HDS Generation 1 - 4.1 software update


    There is a new update for the Lowrance Gen 1 HDS units released on Feb 9th. Here is a link to get the update. If anyone has any trouble, let me or Chatt know and we will help...

    Mr. Shane, I downloaded the link and I got a red X and a warning unsafe download, any idea what I did wrong, I clicked on the link on your post, never had that happen with a lowrance download before,,, you sure it's safe?.

    Everything seemed easy for me...but now it appears my transducer is not working (or at least recieving a signal). I have no clicking sound when the sonar is on. Haven't actually been on the water...only in the garage...but pretty sure it's not working. I did the upgrade on my HDS-7 if that makes a difference. Anyone have ideas? I sent Shane a PM basically saying what I just posted. Thanks.
