    Seriously though, the trout stream at El Dorado is a nice little spot. You might want to stop at Lucky Bait & Tackle along the way and pick up some pink minnows. Last time I was up there that was the bait to have. Sedgwick Co. Park in Wichita has a trout area as well.

    Seriously, I like them the lemon pepper way. My dad and my neighbor are both great at smoking them, but I haven't quite mastered it yet myself. I think my brine is too salty or something...
