Not only that, he has lived at Pomona lake for over thirty or forty years and it is literally in his back yard and while your talking rods he will throw in some great info about the lake. He is considered to be one of the legends in rod building and has wrote books on the subject. Very fun guy to be around and his wife Mary is a great hostess and fisherwoman herself. They both enjoy the company of somene such as yourself and I'll bet you a breakfast your mind will be boggled with his rod knowledge and he will give you the "tour" of his shop. When all that is said and done you will be very surprised at how reasonable his prices are. He rubs elbo's with guys like Gary Loomis, Jason Bruner from St Croix, and the Batson family of rod blank makers, don't let that fool ya though, he fits right in with guys like us.
