Yeah, we were out on Melvern Thur. fishing off a point and up North of us we saw a guy fall off his boat into the water. He was dressed in the basic coverall stuff. It was all his partner could do to get him in. That was on an open bow deck boat. If it would have been something else I do not think he would have been able to get in. Motor over to them as quick as we could to help but he was out before we got there. Either wear your life jacket or get something that you will float in.
After saying all this about this piece of clothing I don't want people to get the wrong impression. I can only say how it works for me and the cold. A fellow can pass judgment on its ability to keep you afloat based on what you see in the advertisements. I got to thinking about it and most of the time I don't have the jacket zipped or the hood on my head. Have no idea how it would work with those conditions.
