anybody know if Treefrog ever got around to selling those jigmakers "jig-junk-in-a-trunk" boxes everybody wanted. I never heard the final answer. I sure would like one...........brim

He's not made anymore and hasn't decided to sell any yet. He's way off into other projects and probably won't get back to fishing ideas until close to winter. He's fixen to try and build a camper to pull behind his truck. I'll ask him about them the next time I talk to him.

Thanks MB Please get back to us and let us know one way or the other, If he isn't going to sell any for a while I am going to take a shot at making one myself. That is just the ticket I have been looking for..............brim

    Default Hey Ya'll

Sorry to leave you all hanging on that Jig Case stuff. I did do the math and come up with a figure, but I thought it would be way too much that anyone would be intrested. What I did figure up was that each Jig Case would cost me in materials about $60-70 each ( that was based on the cost to build 4 ) and this was not to include any of my time this is only my expense. For it to be worth my time to build a few more I would have to ask for almost twice that for each one. That is at the most $140.00 for one of these Jig Case's and I just feel that is way too much to ask ( in my opinion its just not worth that amount), but in the same respect I really cant see myself getting tied up with these for much less. It is a very time consuming process and takes detail which takes time) Said and done I would profit about $300 per every 4 cases sold, and that isnt counting the cost of me shipping it out ( and I cant see charging any more, I know everyone is like me and times are tuff and we are all pinching pennies.)

    I will say this!
Being that I did get you guys hopes up! If any of you are still intrested in a case and this price is with-in reason, I would be willing to build a few of these as cheaply as I can get by on materials without sacraficing quality. I will say that the price would never be more, but if I can find a good deal on some of the materials and maybe cut a few corners, perhaps we could get it closer to the $100-$120 range and we could see how the shipping would hit us. I have no doubt that I can sell these over time, so how about I build a few and post some pics and we go from there. I will give each of you that have already voiced and intrest a heads up before I post the pics and list the Jig Case's for sale on here. Then if you like what I have come up with we can get it shipped out to you.

    Thankyou,
    Brandon

Oh yea and I put the Camper thing on hold for now anyway....:D
