How do you wrap the chenille around the jig head? I am having alot of trouble with it.

I would suggest using tinsel chenille instead of ice chenille. Not as long fibers but easy to work with and reasonably priced at Barlows. Will have nearly the same look.
when i wrap stuff like that, after every wrap i usually pull back the fibers and hold them back while i make the next wrap right in front of it.

I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.
"Patience grass hopper"Wrap it nice, and tight"also if you can use some Lt. color under body "when you can"...
I find carefuly slightly overlapping depending on the shade of color gets the look I'm after."Das a tricky one 4 sure".

Thanks for the valuable input. I wrapped my first Ice Chenille jig tonight and I am well please with it. I used hackle pliers and that was the trick. I will post a pic when I figure out how to. Thanks everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
