[QUOTE=fish_4_all;764056]Are they all gills or is there another species in there. Maybe the top left fish? I know, I should know but we get Black Crappie, gills and one hybrid here. QUOTE]

i dont know about the aberdeen area but your side of the state acctually gets more types of sunfish than over here. besides gills and pumpkinseeds you also get warmouth, rock bass, and green sunfish. im hoping to make it over to the west side of the state this summer just so i can say i've caught them.

To me I just call them all gills there are quite a few variations of them by all in all they are all just Gill to me, planning to get more of them tomorrow. Will check them over and get different pictures of the different gills I catch perhaps I will get lucky and get a few different looking ones. Havent seen a red ear yet, in fact i never recall seeing a redear gill. Hmmm makes me wonder if we even have them since i have never seen one.

Third and final day (probably not) with those tiny jigs. Here is a little mixed catch today will be at it again tomorrow but I think you get the picture these jigs work great, bass where even hitting them today. Another guy caught a bigger bass on a small jig tonight before i called it quits.

Here is my dinner for tomorrow night, all thanks to Jiggin Joe

Well it looks like there isn't much they won't catch. Bigger bass there than I have ever caught. I need to get me some kiptail and tie some of them up.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.
