Hardware Arrived Today How Depressing

Got all my hardware today from Hagen's. Got Colorado Blades, Willow Blades, Indiana Blades and Snap Rings. Only one thing missing the Pony Heads ......

Where can I get some Pony Heads can somebody let me know for I need some Pony Heads. If you have some Pony Heads PM me if you have some to spare let me know what it is you are asking per 100 pony heads, thanks

How in the heck are you able to buy from Wapsi? You are supposed to have a store front I thought??

No they don't sell road runners and I guess you could say I've got connections just a bad computer.

So Wapsi is risking being sued? Wow now that is a headline.

I sell some jigs wholesale to a guy that has a web site and Blakemore found where I had sold him some Roadrunners and they didn't like his wording about being less than BPS so I had to get him to change that. Now if they can find that as fast as they did they much have people looking a good bit.

Dangerous thing going on there as the guy that use to make and sell Stump Jumpers to BPS learned.

Well be very careful about selling pony heads because it can cost you a lot. If it's not a Blakemore Roadrunner it is not legal to sell in any shape form or fashion.

I have probably 2000 Roadrunner heads and any other pony heads I have are for my personal use and not for sale.

I here ya personally I don't use them much My self I don't plan on selling a lot of jig's just My own design's that are going thru trademarking now they require a tottaly new style hook mainly suppling the tying supplies and soft plastic bait's.

I am a little confused, are you making a different kind of pony head that you feel will pass Blakemore's trademark?

What are you trademarking if not pony heads? Understand if you can not until it's done.

Also if you don't mind how much does it cost to trademark something?
