Nice jigs and yeah that fly should nail some gills!!!!!!! Have never caught many crappie on an ant pattern

Really like that ant and getting paid to tie.You got it made. I used to take paint to work and powder paint heads. Tied jigs at work occasionally around holidays when work was light.Hired jerk for new super so I retired. I'd be tying at work in the breakroom and the room would go silent. I'd look up and everyone would be in a trance watching me.

ME likey the last 2. As for crappie on ant patterns, maybe we need to make some bigger ones in brighter colors.

I like the ties. The ant looks great but it seems that the end of the body might interfere with the hook set.

I’m not criticizing the tie just making a personal observation… I write that disclaimer because some people on this site get a little angst when you critique their ties – no reference to you GB.
