    Is that powder paint or vinyl??? and depending on which one is it purple??

    It is neither powder or vinyl.
    I first paint the jig with white enamel.
    Second coat is a mixture of Devcon epoxy which I color with Testors enamel paint.
    The eyes are also epoxy colored with enamel.
