skip, I noticed that same discoloration using sally's over powder chart. have used csi clear gloss too and it's ok. I've been thinking about trying the water base clear from csi. for the eyes I use testers enamel in the small square bottle. It's got the best consistency for eyes in my efforts.

The acetone in the clear coat (fingernail polish I'm assuming) changes chartreuse to orange.

So when life hands you cherry pits instead of cherry's, go with the flow ...
