Keep your line tight !
Those clear tubes kinda look like the tubes that some florescent lights come packaged in.

This thread rack has a 8"x12" foot print ,but it holds 180 spool's of thread right now it's got ultra floss,tinsel,70 and 210 on it in My favorite color's.
love the thread rack... i saw one post here awhile ago where someone built a portable tying station--talk about nice
There's nothing like feeling that THUMP...FISH ON
OK FF46, I like the racks you built, got one in mind to build off your idea, but whats with the girly border on the walls of your tying room?????????
Well, at least you got somewhere to leave your stuff out I guess, gotta pull my stuff out of the closet and sit on the floor with a foot stool in front of me if I want to do anything! Some day I'm gonna finish my basement! :D Yeah, some day..................
I like light and airy color's it keeps My troubled mind at ease ?

One doesn't need a finished basement to tie a jig - you saw the pic I posted of my basement (in the swap thread) - I tie just to the left of the tables I was using to sort the jigs....my vise is attached to a board, c-clamped to my 'work bench' - a euphamism the the pile of cast-off boards and nails I do things on....

Money being tight and times kind'a tough I went about the task of building My new rotary vise it's patterened after a inline rotary the jaws are D2 56 rockwell they have .0075 wide gripper serrations you can see them in 2nd pic does it work why sure.![]()
That's a cool vise. How and where are you mounting it at.You have been very busy my friend. Now you need a bobbin holder, but I'm sure you have that in the works.I'd like to see this in action.
