Great New On My Son Today!

Okay everyone we finally got some great news. Randy had the shots of radiation stuff and the some kind of MRI last week to show one way or the other on that Oesteomylitis stuff that came up not that long ago. Well as of this morning when they called me he has no signs of any of it and is now finally going to get fitted for a leg and start his rehab.

After over 2 years things are headed in a better way and now of with the rest of his life.

He (in case I had not told you) also had a wonderful time last weekend as he was given tickets to the Super Bowl and tickets to the day before when he and his son got to go shoot sporting clays with the old NFL stars. It was very nice of who ever gave him that and he really appreciated it. He and his wife got to go to the football game.

So wonderful news today!!!! So Prayers do work and thank you one and all that supported us and prayed all this way.

He got his Purple Heart from the Sec. Of the Army. This was really early on like just a few weeks after the IED got him.


Then a pic with all of us in the room and I think this was the first time they let us in without a mask. Pretty sure the mask came back after this pic, LOL!

Skip a couple of year ahead...Here he and wife are at the Super Bowl with one of the guys that also got to go. I already as why it is so small, LOL!

I am so glad he is doing well Skip. He sure had alot of support from this site and I think that one of the reasons why is because you are so well liked here. Tell Randy that all the fisherpeople in here are STILL pulling and praying for his ever improving life and we are praying for the rest of your family as well Skip including you. Like TCF said, "It is always too soon to give up on God". May he continue to be with you and yours and again, thanks for all the good things you do in here.............brim

Thanks guys I really appreciate all of your support and prayers and it was great that what was and probably still is my favortie country band Big & Rich went by to see him. He got me autographs and stuff though. Wish I had not been home on one of our short trips home back then. Needless to say I was a bit shocked, LOL1
