    BLNs big bang for the buck. Really like Gamakatsu - don't like the price. VMC PS hooks are really good hooks for saltwater also.

    Are the VMCs comparable to the 635s in size? I like VMCs, I think I'll go with them if I can find them.

    VMC 9131 PS is supposed to interchange with 635, but some of the samples I've seen had too small eyes to fit on mold eye socket center pins in 635 fit molds. 9131 PS with larger eyes do fit properly. You can contact VMC USA mfg. rep directly:

    edit: actually, the small eye VMCs might be about the same size as G 604s.
