    Thanks gentlemen,
    I use small jigs like this under a small float here in Northern Indiana after Ice OUT!!
    Speaking of floats have any of you guys tried the THILL CRAPPIE FLOAT??

    I don't think you have to wait for spring for those to work! They should get the job done any time. Very nice.

    i have tired the trill crappie float (have about 20 of them)and love them...very easy to see and sinks wit a tiny hit...

    They look very nice, but you must fish a lake that is a lot more clear than my Toledo Bend is early spring. I have to wait for a bit before I can use the clear water colors. I especially like the 2 of the left for here after some clearing up.

    Actually white enamel paint with fine jar glitter and a thin coat of epoxy!
