There are actually quite few lakes way out here in nowhere land that have crappie, gills, bass, perch, brown bullheads and whatever else. Just really hard to get the water warm enough to really turn on a bite. I think the sickle might help with getting those light biters by the lip where the straight ones might miss.

Not to mention the sickle could prove to be an awesome salt water and steelhead jig hook.
