    Three of my first attempts. Will get better when I get magnifier to use with 61 year old eyes.

    On the Middle pick if you keep gettin hit's on it and your missing them their hittin short put a trailer hook on or trim the tail I'd opp. for the 2nd Good color' use a few of those Myself certianly that last one.

    IMHO just a tiny bit shorter on the tail. Try and get a clear focus on your pictures so others can see your fine work. Welcome to the hobby.

    Nice ties!!!! The first ones are always the toughtest getting things to look good, neat thread wraps. Keep tying it does get easier, and yeah hide your stash so the wife doesn't get it.

    Looks great, alot better than my first ones. I would shorten the tail just a tad though.

    On the camera focus, most digitals have a macro setting for taking really close pics, you might try using that setting. Should clear up the focus problem pretty quick.

    Thanks for the encouragement and advice guys . took pix with my new camera gonna go back to my old one more familiar with it. Will post a few more pix when the weather lets me tie a few more.
