Default pink heads (what to do?)

I have some pink jigheads and was wondering what yall's favorite color combo would be? I usually use a white tail with pink heads and change the body colors, but I just have not caught as many fish with the pink jigheads than black and chartreuse.

So what are the best color(s) to match with a pink jighead?

    Thanks

    Stephen

Pink is a sissy color, what respectable fish would want to be caught on one. Ha.
Pink head, chartreuse body and pink tail would make a good combo.

That "Electric combo" has caught a ton of fish. (Pink and chartreuse)
Pink and Black or Pink and White are also great combination colors in my opinion.

Haha, that's kind of what my grandpa used to say about pink golf tees.

    Mr. Ship,

is that for both the tail and body colors? Or would you make the body and tail the same colors, or just try all possible combinations?

I read this book, Crappie Fishing – Secrets and Tips of a Game Warden, Wayne Eller and he swears by the pink head - yellow marabou body jig – red thread. Tried tying them but never really caught much on that pattern. Don’t think the So Cal fish read that book.

I tie a pink head (sometimes phosphorous pink head) egg sucking leech pattern on a 1/32 or 1/64 jig (#8 hook). Catch a lot of Bluegill with them.
