    Default Sickle Chart

Where can I find a actual size, sickle hook chart, on the web that can be printed out? I'm looking to order some jigs with sickle hooks. What size is mostly used for tying jigs with?.... (head weight and hook size). What is the going price for 100 sickle hook jigs? (painted and unpainted) thanks

Just take the next size larger in regular bend and that will give you the gap between the hook point and the shank.

In other words a #4 is the same size gap as a #2 regular bend. Also note the Sickle hook will not be quite as long as the regular bend.

The other way around, if you want a gap the size of a #2 regular bend and want it in a Sickle hook then it will be a #4.

Yes, but know that it will be shorter hook overall.
