    Thumbs up RESULTS are IN

Iwell I've got the results on the eye's I developed three ways of dolng this all include a clear top coat using csi clear I'll list the pro's and con's and product make's and supplier's.
1st CSI base coat of your color choice on jig head for the eye's The Bohning Company, Ltd. - 1.800.253.0136 or 1.231.229.4247 fletch-lac cresting lacquer I painted eye's on with brush let dry over night set jigs in oven at 150 deg. for 1hr raise to 200 deg. for 30 min raise to 300 deg 30 min dip heads in clear let cool put back in oven for 15 mins. at 340 deg. remove and use.
The pros here were this is a vinel lacquer drie's to touch fast colors are many this is arrow cresting paint not their actual lure paint
the con's are 1 oz. bottle a little over $5.00

2nd same base coat procedures as above product WASPI head lacquer you can get this at any tieing supplier the same painting and heating instructions as above except do not cure clear over 325 deg. and I advise you hang jigs in oven rack with light on over night while drying.
The pros are the cost $2.25 for a 1 oz. bottle the cons not near as many colors.
3rd this is the one the powder coat fans are gonna love you might have to brush up on your creative skills a little though herewego do all the same steps above for base color for the eyes or what-ever Iput just a dab of water in a spoon and made a slurry with the color I liked black when the jig came out of the oven I used a brush and dabed the eye's on right back in the oven did the same with 2nd eye color right back in the oven clear cure at 350 15 mins done you can do what ever here when brushing you'll need so fin tip brushes.
pros you should have all material's less good soft fine tip brush'es
con's paint thing's a little smaller than you want them as the powder melts it expands in size during the clear opp.

I hope this help's alot of fellow fisher-men out I've posted pis of heads done with all 3 processes
