skip I gotta drive past many one day and come see your setup. Too bad the don't do a McDonalds big crappie splash. You north or south of penalton bridge. Think that's how you spell it.

I live South of there. Actually I live about 10-11 miles South of Hemphill and if you have a map I can almost spit of my back yard and hit 6 mile Marina.

You live just past Many? I go every blue moon to Natchitoches to their gun range to just shoot. That is the closest range I know of and it's about 60 miles.

If you are near Many you are not that far away.

Well Skip I was looking for lots of colors but small qtys. I like the grizzles you use but I only found them in full hackle skins. I do know good places to get some supplies but the qty. would be more than I need until I find what works best around here.

Only problem is bulk means a lot of that product. I can't even buy feathers in pound bulk because I have way too many colors and it would take up way too much room.

If you buy like 10 of some things and can be different colors Barlow's sells some things like that. I have a lot of full capes too, but I do get some great variant neck hackle in good colors. If the ones you are talking about are on jigs they most likely didn't come from capes. I just ordered, but if you want on my next order I can get you some nice hackle, but this place is not the cheapest hackle. Example they only sell saltwater neck hackle in solid colors so I have to get a good many of my colors from regular fly shops like you can buy from. However the same quality in variant colors are not any more costly than their solid colors. These are a little longer than normal neck hackle you buy strung (these are strung as well)
