    Thanks guys, I made up about 45 yellow chart. heads lastnight, and cured them at about 250-275 for about an hour But thats because I went outside and forgot about them. They look great, no drops, and not burnt :D

    i .WOULD'NT WORRY ABOUT CURING THEM UNLESS YOU'RE GOING TO SELL THEM BECAUSE THEIR GOING TO CHIP ANYWAY. THE FISH DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN APRETTY OR ULGLY JIG.

    I cure mine at just under 250,,,,,,,,,I find that longer time makes a very durable finish..I like a finish that can hang on and take a beating....I use an old toaster oven i bought at a garage sale to bake mine.Hadn't made any jigs in years,,its getting that time again...I think i ll try to find me some of them fancy red hooks and make me a couple thousand...
