I heat my jigs with a propane torch and use a fluid bed also. The real key is to swish the jig quickly thru the powder. I don't seem to have a problem with the black but I do with the white. I only make jigs for myself, so for the white I dip straight into the jar and make sure I shake the jar every other jig. Havn't had a problem this way. As for curing the jigs, I bought a few bread pans that would fit inside my curing oven and JB welded some threaded rods to hang the jigs. While one pan is curing I am loading another getting ready to cure. I can hang 3 to 4 dozen per pan depending on jig size.
