I like pearl. It's a standard material, so you can get it just about anywhere: Bass Pro, Cabela's, Hook & Hackle, or any local fly shop.

Going to tie some crappie jigs and I hear to put some Krystal Flash in with the marabou. What colors are needed and where is a good place to buy? Thanks

I have the yellow, green chartreuse, red, pearl, blue, and silver and about all I ever use is the silver and sometimes the pearl. I use the red for a few flies, too. Most anywhere that has fly tying materials should carry some.
Barlows, Janns, Some local bait shops that sell fly tying supplies. I personally love the Chartreuse Krystal Flash, sometimes silver. It depends on the color of chenille I am using.

I agree with DB4D. Pearl works on any color combination and has a natural color tone to it.
