    First they mostly are made in India or some place like that and have no ceramic inserts usually. So it only take a very small bur to give you fits. I actually like both the kind with inserts and full tube ceramic is even better. Renzetti makes some with a Ruby tip and they are pretty nice too.

    There are a lot of brands that do a good job like Griffin, Dr. Slick makes very good tools and not all that high cost so try one of them and just make sure to get the ones with a ceramic insert. I have some that even the insert came out of and I just glued them back in an do fine, but most of the good names hold up well.

    Thanks to Skip. I have used ceramics the last five years. They are so much better. I urge new tiers to just go on Nd get them and avoid all the hassle of cheaper models.
