How do you fish it like what’s in the picture or do you turn it?

Hook in through the head and out between the gap. Tail goes on each side. Put a crappie nibbel in between. Great for spider fishing.

Not really sure!! I bought a couple packs of Gary Yamamoto yrs. ago and can't find them but all my newer plastics I've traded people or they made some for me!! As far as the original beetle spin grub i finally found the only picture I have it's the one without the spilt tails.
