Stiff,,, I dip first in stardust, then while still hot,, stick eyes on ,,,it’s like using hot glue,,,once eyes touch,, they will stick exactly where they touch so be.careful and make sure dip is still warm if you intend to move it around slightly,,,heats your friend,,
