What did I need to know about working with acetone? I want to remove some paint from some jig heads. I have some small brushes to work with. If I put the acetone in a small plastic cup, will it melt the plastic? I was going to dip the brush in acetone, "paint" it on the jig head and hopefully wipe the acetone and the old paint from the jig head with a rag? Is there a problem with that? Is there a better way?
