They've always made it right but I didn't like having to make that call after every order, and eventually just lived with it. Had a similar conversation with a fellow that regularly posts in some of the FB groups and he was experiencing the same things. I'll still order from there but you better believe it's for unique colors I can't get elsewhere or anything remotely close.
