You could get some of these gears in assorted sizes, a larger central gear mounted on your block with several small ones meshed to it to mount alligator clips to hold hooks......

Then use one of these to drive the central gear.....

This is just an example, I don't know what final rpm you would want, but you could tune that in with different gear sizes and you can get those reduction motors at almost any RPM.

Those are about the best I have seen for what I am looking for. About 7-12 rpm is about right for keeping the epoxy and hot glue form running off.

I'm gonna contact the seller for ideas on how to do what I need.

A central gear on the motor and then the number I need around the center could work perfect. Just have to get enough room between them to work on each one.

I have looked at the UV gel and for some things it will work great. For others it would get really expensive quick.

That's what I make with the hot glue. Can have a seriously light jig with a big head on it.

Just FYI Eric Massey jig company on YouTube uses a UV he bought from either Michael’s or Hobby Lobby pretty cheap and then the light off Amazon. Solarez and other big name brands are more expensive. I’m thinking of trying some UV pretty soon myself.

I took a look at the gears and I think they might be a little small for my needs. Perfect gearing but best I could find they are 2-7mm in diameter or there abouts. A little small for my needs. I will check with the seller though to make sure and see if they have any ideas for larger gears.

I will look into other places for the UV Epoxy, if it is lower prices then it could work but I still have to build it up a lot for some of my ties and then cure it. Or do it in layers getting up to 3/8 inch diameter

I think the diameters listed are for the ID. A measurement for the size shaft they fit. That link is also only meant as an example, they come in all kinds of sizes, you can find them on eBay, Aliexpress, alibabba, Banggood, any of those.

Would an injection mold with plastics be cheaper than using glue. Somebody has to have that style mold.
