One of my other hobbies is duck hunting.
I'm new to tying jigs and I've tied several marabou jigs.
I was thinking of using some feathers from ducks i harvest.
Does anyone have any tried and true patterns that work on crappie?
I was just going to replace the marabou with duck feathers. Then I googled duck flies and saw several images. Has anyone had any success on crappie with patterns like these?
