Over the years I have made so many color combos and still continue to make more. At the end of the day I have to ask myself who am I doing it for, the crappie or me? I’d be kidding myself if I said for the crappie. I do it more as an expression of art than anything. I sure give away more jigs than I fish with. Color does have a factor but less than presentation.
I’m the same at work.. while I say I pay attention to detail everyone else says I’m anal. Funny how they sure are glad that I’m attentive as I’ve saved them thousands of dollars.
