I use Sally Hansen's "Hard As Nails" cement for gluing my thread after putting 3-4 half hitches on the jig. You can buy it at WalMart in the nail polish section. It costs $2-3.00 and has a brush in the cap. A bottle lasts along time. I have never had any thread come unraveled after painting on the sealer.
