I use 210, 140, and 70 denier, depending what I’m doing. Yes, the 70 breaks easy but I take one of my bobbins and have it opened up a little wider with less tension for the small thread. Small jigs with this mostly but some colors make me use this. Peacock blue for one. Most of my crappie jigs I use 140 because it’s easier to hide. I have a habit of over building. Also use 210 on crappie jigs but usually with bigger hooks like #2 or bigger. I’m heavy handed and if I can learn to use 70 denier, you can to when it’s called for. I keep my thread in a Plano tackle box standing up and it works good, keeps any sunlight off of it, and keeps any dust from gathering on it also.
