Yes anything at a fly shop should be legal, lol! I didn't read you post correct so sorry about that, but still good info to put out there!

I do like the jig and I bet it would work very well! I may missed the Black because I probably would have put it with something other than Black, but it works with that too.

It's a good look and love how natural the tail looks!
