Have been working on the bluegill lately, and the fl green one is a new combo. 1/43 (1/32 ballhead actual weight) and a #8 sickle with a dyed fox squirrel tail for hair. Wish me luck, will probably go get em wet in the morning. My request from you all is some other color combos that I might try. I know that plastics with blue ice body and pearl tail work well but cant find any chenille in fine or micro size close to that color. Other than that I’m hitting a wall for what to try. It would be extra cool if I could find some fine size wooly bugger chenille with the flashy stuff in it in the right colors. If you could show a pic of your combos it would be just that much better.
