No intervention needed, you’re on the right path!
Kids getting fed? Bills getting paid? Wife is not neglected?
If answers are all “yes” KEEP TYING!
Unless of course there’s time to fish.... then, GO FISHING!

    Good tying

Don't put those in the water or you will get more intervention than desired.(just kidding). NICE jigs and the fish will love them but all your time will be occupied doing one or the other.--shu

I finally got to get out Friday and field test a couple of the color patterns that I put together. Didn't get much time in, maybe 30-45 minutes, before the thunderstorms forced me out. The final tally for the short trip was 7 crappie, 6 warmouth, and one channel cat. I'm going to call those two patterns a success. Not just because they each caught a handful of fish in a short amount of time. It's mostly because there were four boats in that bayou. All were fishing in a neat little file. Only one was landing fish, and he (I) was the last in line to tackle those pieces of structure. There was only one fish wrangled in amongst the other 3 boats. Yes, I am gloating. These are shots from the first couple I caught on each pattern.Attachment 315400Name: 20180831_113536.jpeg
