Versatile Willow Spinner Lures

I have been using willow spinners to make some very effective horizontal and vertical lures. I have used spinners from size 0 to size 5 1/2.
The enclosed lures were crafted from a # 2 willow spinner and were very effect on pan fish this winter.

Made a few similar earlier part of Ice fishing season, but never added a tail,
like that idea
are those creations powder coated, or painted ?
