Thanks all ... been running them through the paces ! It's a satisfying feeling to catch fish on something that you created . That being said I'm not a big time tinkerer however I wasn't really happy with the way the jig hung with the hook eye so far forward . I do most of my fishing dipping a long pole so I like my jigs to hang horizontal , with the eyes forward it was more of a swim jig SO I broke out the dremel tool and went to work on my mold and adapted the 1/8 3/16 and 1/4 oz cavities to fit a 90 degree jig hook ... still using the #6 wacky hook just have to bend them myself ! Very pleased with the results have gave about 3 doz away to be field tested and everyone loves them . They aren't snag proof ( what is ? ) but was fishing some really nasty tops yesterday and never lost a single jig , YES I had to poke some free but always got it back in short order with little effort.
