Thanks skip, I tie Texas Avocado that way, but sometimes it doesn't snug up throughout the jig body just right, like it doesn't look uniform if that makes any sense. The jig you posted is close, I think I'm needing something more of an olive color. Would peacock hurl work as the striped part on a skunk style jig?
