Some of the UV glue will stay tacky even after it's cured, You can cost over that with some Sally Henson's Hard as Nails or something like that. For sure if you put it in the sun for a short time it will be a cured as it can get! If you want glue that is not tacky after it's cured you will need to buy the right brand or it's not happening. These are usually more costly too, like the Clear Cure Goo that stopped making it due to his other jobs, just didn't have tome to keep making glue for fly fishing. It was the best IMHO, but now there is another brand that is like it, but I don't remember what it is right now.
