Has anyone ever used Basstackle premium molds before
If you have what kind of service is usually expected from them.
I'm not simply here to complain. I'm genuinely concerned.
i placed an order last week and a few days later received a shipping notification.
today it's still showing the exact same preparing for shipment update. I have tried calling a few times and my wife has called 6 or 7 times and they won't answer the phone.
we have also tried sending multiple emails with no response.
today we contacted our bank to see what could be done. The wonderful lady at our bank said let me call them. She called and left a message she wanted to order some molds. She received a call back pretty quickly. The lady from Bass tackle simply told her if we didn't get our mold she would refund us our money.
my bank is recommending we dispute the charges through our bank.
Can anyone vouch for this company. They have 4 other molds I want to order but the fact they dodge our calls and won't respond to emails is very concerning.

I placed my first order with them 12-11-17 6:33pm and received it in the mail at 2:30pm 12-15-17 They did okay my me. I ordered 5 molds from them. They sent me a email order number but never sent a tracking number. I was surprised to get them this fast with all the holiday items in the mail.

I have a few molds from them, great molds. When they get real busy, they do have a tendency not to spend time talking on the phone or do emails. I sure this time of the year that they are just behind. They are a lot better then some of the other mold makers.
