Combing Marabou

From time to time I find a clump if marabou that wasn’’t rinsed well after dying and has some clumpy residue that mats down some of the barbules. I has a small mustache comb but it really isn’t fine enough to do a good job.

I realized that I had a file brush and decided to give it a try. To my surprise it worked pretty well!

I think I might try to find a small fine wire brush or a pet flea comb to try it out.

I just keep my thumb nails a little long and scrape the marabou between my thumb nail and finger. Takes it all out fast and just do it as I tie!

I use a flea comb for a cat and it works great.
