Looking pretty good there and just keep the tying going and too you will start to see big changes. I can't help my self from saying things sometimes and this is one of them, LOL! On that second picture I love the colors, but in a different arrangement. I tie that as Chart/Blue/Chart and is my favorite color for his lake! Next would be the Chart/Blake/Chart and after a good rain if the water is stained kind of bad, then the Flame Red/Black and FL Yellow/Hot Orange is coming out!
Also one little tip on your tails, start trying to tie it in with the feather stems to your side a little so when it rolls over some it will be easier to keep them on top of the jig when tying. I see your have rolled over to the side away and will still work, just looks better to keep them on top, I say when tying because it's really the bottom of the jig.
