Skip you aren't the only one with that problem. I have taken off weight and still the old knees are bad. The docs told me that it would make it easier to get up and down. Just shows you that they sometimes don't know what they are talking about. When there bad there bad outside having them replaced there's little one can do but take pain medication.

Since you have seen me I also lost a lot of weight, but didn't help that part, damage done long ago on my knees. Got to see inside my right knee way back in about 1983 when it got scoped. It was already pretty bad, under knee cap looked like some horror movie with stuff hanging all over. They kind of mowed it and after looked like shag carpet, LOL!
