I think it is an Ament Head, not sure of the model # but they arent exactly a ball head but I have the 1/32, 1/16, 1/8 model and really the jigs. I see the mold ocaasionally on Ebay but never bought a bigger one as I rarely use anything over 1/16th oz. Here is a larger one Ament 284 6 Cavity Jig Mold in Good Shape | eBay

My grandpa is 82 and to this day he calls a hand tied crappie jig a doll fly, even if made of feathers. LOL.

Thanks for he pics Fatman, really appreciate that! They are much as I thought, but a pic really brings it home and since I have some Polar Bear in Natural i will probably tie my self some Roadrunners with a little.

It's really nice to tie with - any of the heavy underfur I comb out I save and mix up with other materials for dubbing mix's. The real long hairs I separate out and save for longer jigs or flies. I've dyed some of it with kool-aid and RIT liquid dye.

PM me, I don''t really sell but do a bit of trading. Jigs and lures keep me in beer and fishing trips and up to date on all the BS sharing a 12 pack generates.
