I do like my Regals ! I tried a lot of differant vises and just couldn't find the one . About quit tying . Then one day I thought I'd try one more , pulled the trigger and got the Stainless Jaws from Regal , when I got them I thought to myself what have I done !!!??? It was huge heavy but had a simple design and function . Hold a hook and rotate the hook 360 . No adjustments squeeze the lever and place a hook in the jaws and tie a jig or bug . It didn't take long to adapt to the vise , it has a large platform to rest your hand on while tying in materials . Aquired the Big Game Jaws late spring of last year for tying heavy 3/4oz large ought hook jigs for the Big River and Lakes .
But it boils down to each persons choice for their vise , mine is and always will be Regal .
